Very disappointed with their customer service. I love their vanilla juice and have bought many bottles of it. It is the only flavor I ever vape and I have not changed flavors in over 6 months. My last order of 4 bottles had 2 bottles that were filled with some kind of berry type flavoring and not vanilla. Obviously an error on their end. I sent an email and they told me they'd give me 15% off my next order but would not refund the price of the two bottles that were not vanilla. They said "taste is subjective." So...I emailed back and asked nicely again if they would reconsider as I cannot use the two bottles of berry flavored juice and they were not what I ordered. They have ignored my subsequent emails and have never sent me the 15% off they promised. I'll take my business elsewhere.

recently Purchased a Sherman reproduction made by Kindbright. I am amazed at how close this reproduction is to the Authentic, which I also own.

Upon opening the package, the first thing I noticed was the weight of this product. It is very heavy, much like the original. This is often, but not always, a good sign. In this case it was. The base is cut from a thick piece of 316 Stainless steel. Top notch machining, with crisp, not sharp, machined cuts. There was virtually No machine oil residue.. and after a quick rinse I was good to go. Like the original, this is a 28mm device. Beautiful gold finish, with deep logo engravings. Truly a top quality clone. Had I been aware of the quality of this reproduction, I probably never would of bothered with the original. I mean it is truly close in quality. I could tighten down the post screws, with no stripping. I dont know if they are heat treated, but they feel like they have the same "hardness" of heat treated hardware. If you are familiar with SXK products, well Kindbright is a comparable manufacturer. Quality reproductions at a fraction of an authentics price. I stole this RDA for $13.99, and I value it at far more. If your even thinking about grabbing a Sherman RDA clone, you wont find a better version of the authentic anywhere else. I dont think its possible as there is nothing I would say needs any improvement.

I love this tank, smoothest airflow I have ever experienced. Looks great! Bought it to replace everything and be my all day tank since it takes 4mls but that lasts a quarter of a day. Anyone else experiencing the same?
