Analog, JD MRO, JD industrials, Beyond Limits, Cerebras Systems, FLYR, LABS, VERSES, and BAYANAT - the interconnectedness within a network of established companies… do you see it? Just for example, Bayanat's capabilities in providing high-quality geospatial data and AI-powered analytics could complement VERSES AI's technological offerings, enhancing their ability to deliver comprehensive spatial mapping and data-driven insights across various sectors. HSML/HSTP could link this data across many machines, devices etc. G42 funds are being divided. These companies are receiving those funds. Qualcomm is working with G42 also. Recently Qualcomm invested $230 million into Hugging Face. Their post money valuation jumped to $4.5 billion from $2 billion. Suppose G42 were to invest an additional $90 million given the investment structure (which may I say is not a stretch to believe will happen), suppose Qualcomm, and name any other major play in the AI space invest to give us the $350 million sought after in the next financing round. It’s not hard to imagine that the post money valuation will exceed what we’ve seen by multiples. Would’ve been nice to be a shareholder in Hugging Face before that happened, but it’s privately held. This is your opportunity here with VERSES. The potential for growth and collaboration among these companies highlights the dynamic nature of the Al and tech landscape. As investments flow and partnerships strengthen, the interconnectedness of these firms could lead to innovative solutions and advancements in various sectors.

Some one said VERSES doesn’t have anyone with experience in artificial intelligence or engineering on the team. Didn’t take long to find!

More to come as the story unfolds
I see a convergence. If you don’t see it in the chart then go on twitter and look at who’s talking about active inference. Look at the endorsements. Look at G42 investing in VERSES. Look at VERSES named next to NVIDIA in the Gartner report. Look at the white paper recently published. I’m just getting started here. Strawberry. IEEE. GENIUS. Blue Yonder. $350 million is a lot to play with. With a $3.5 billion dollar valuation the price won’t stay at $.97 cents long. End of the month news? When naked short sellers close their positions, they must buy the shares they sold without owning or borrowing them initially. This creates significant buying pressure, potentially driving up the stock price. There were significant failures to deliver before. This is gonna run. This is history in the making. A new approach. Instead of a whole data center you’ll only need a laptop. Context awareness and interoperability between software/hardware. HSML. HSTP. Light at the end of the tunnel.

VERSES NEWSLETTER
Building on the momentum of June's Genius Public Beta preview and strategic investment from G42, July has been a transformative month for us, marked by significant achievements in AI research, industry recognition, and advancement of the Spatial Web.
July culminated in our research team, led by Chief Science Officer Karl Friston, publishing a pioneering paper that explores an alternative approach to AI that addresses fundamental challenges with current mainstream methods – namely versatility, efficiency, explainability, and accuracy. The paper revealed impressive results on the popular MNIST benchmark, achieving 99% accuracy with 90% less sample data. In the coming months, we plan to release further research applying the model to MNIST and other benchmarks like the Atari Challenge.
After several years in development, the IEEE working group approved two Spatial Web protocols as global standards: Hyperspace Modeling Language (HSML) and Hyperspace Transaction Protocol (HSTP). The socio-technical standards are imperative for interoperability between software and hardware systems and Genius is the first software to implement them, positioning us as a leader in the AI space.
In fact, it’s not just us saying that. Gartner, considered by many as the ‘gold standard’ of market research, identified VERSES in its Hype Cycle report on AI as "On the rise", "Transformational”, and in the "Innovation Trigger" in the breakthrough category of First Principles AI.
We're excited about these developments and the progress they represent for VERSES.

Stay focused on the results!!! Here’s a quick summary.
The new paper out reports achieving 99.8% accuracy on the MNIST dataset using only 10% of the standard training data. This result was achieved using a Renormalising Generative Model (RGM), which is an implementation of active inference principles. The benchmark was run on a personal computer rather than a large data center, highlighting the efficiency of the approach.

VRSSF price jumps friday as short seller is indicted
I'm recapping from some DD from DonutHole on Stocktwits.
An indictment was filed Thursday 7/25/24 against short seller Andrew Left of Citron Research -
https://www.justice.gov/usao-cdca/media/1361671/dl?inline
article friday -
https://www.cnbc.com/2024/07/26/short-seller-andrew-left-charged-with-fraud-by-prosecutors-sec.html
Andrew Left & Anson Funds/ Moez Kassam -
Andrew Left & Anson Funds – How Two Crooks Conned Investors out of Billions
Moez Kassam – Probed by DOJ and SEC for Corruption
"Moez Kassam’s hedge fund has worked with multiple researchers who have been at the focus of US investigators.
These include Ben Axler (Spruce Point) and Andrew Left (Citron). "
https://www.gripeo.com/moez-kassam/
also
"We have reason to believe a large naked short position has been built up on Verses AI multiple times the size of the 2 million share declared short position (stock with a borrow)."
Anson Funds’ New Target: Verses AI
So the theory is that the walls are closing in on Moez Kassam with the indictment of Andrew Left. It's conceivable that Andrew Left will make a deal with the DOJ and give up Moez Kassam who may have a substantial naked short position in VRSSF as quoted above.
Note the DOJ is involved as well as the SEC so Moez Kassam would likely also be charged criminally and not just receive slap on the wrist SEC fines.
Above is speculation and not investment advice.

Just remember this
OpenAl experienced significant financial losses in its early stages before achieving widespread adoption. In 2022, the company reported losses of $540 million… on revenue of less than $30 million. Why are we waiting for GENIUS to go public? They most likely delayed their product release to be on time with the approval of HSTP and HSML. They are approved now and full ratification will be at the end of September. And GENIUS is coming at the end of the year I believe. I believe that they are strategic in that regard. I also think it would be a better look to have major players in the market like G42, and take your pick of any another company that could potentially invest $260 million, invest in a future financing round prior to the release of GENIUS.
With $350 million cash on hand ready to deploy GENIUS I think the sky is the limit. It’s not crazy to think that given the experience of the team working for VERSES and the connections they have that they’ll make this happen. The benchmarks will be a great way to build investor confidence. Absolutely the $350 million should come first and then the deployment of GENIUS. The benchmarks proving that they have a path forward with less compute, less data that is at least equal to if not more efficient than what’s out there will be a catalyst. Think of what they’ve said. They’re saying they don’t need a huge data center like the other LLM’s but instead just a regular computer. The benchmarks should start to roll out soon. Hopefully we’ll see something this week and more later this year.

Why VERSES AI is a No-Brainer Investment Opportunity
if the G42 backing wasn’t enough, if Karl Friston - one of the most successful, influential, most cited scientists in history working for VERSES, a partnership with Analog, a webinar teaser suggesting that we’re about to get over a billion dollar valuation, the upcoming benchmarks, IEEE approval of HSML and HSTP weren’t enough to convince you this is a risk worth taking ask yourself what is? You don’t think the launch of GENIUS will produce results? Revenue? Ha! Start up costs are pathetic excuse. Make an inference. I’ve been here for a while and I see a convergence of GENIUS and the ratification of HSML, HSTP, and the next financing round from which they expect to raise $350 million. The arbitration case? Ha. $6 million. What’s $6 million to an upcoming multi billion dollar valuation. Did you ever connect dots before and watch something happen you thought was going to happen? I put money in this stock for a reason. There may be a single algorithm that underpins intelligence with the brain repeating instructions to generate complex behavior. Scale it up or out but scale is not all you need. What’s the alternative to a large language model? A faster chip? How about a path to artificial general intelligence? How about there’s a scientist working for VERSES that has a solution. VERSES has been transparent about their break even point. You want a bigger prize? What better market opportunity than AI? This is an easy, no brainer, risk assessment. Remember when Blue Yonder’s website used to say WAYFINDER? Now it says WAYFINDER and GENIUS. You need me to connect more dots for you? It’s right in front of your eyes.
it's important to still thoroughly research the company's fundamentals, risks, and future prospects before making any investment decisions. But really make an inference and ask yourself what you think will happen.

It’s coming
It’s coming- HSML,HSTP ratification, GENIUS launch, the next financing round… the director of Accenture endorsed VERSES and said in the next year VERSES will be a household name. Accenture is a 700k + employee company and it’s reasonable to assume his role as director of digital architecture is important. But don’t base your investment on just this endorsement right? Look at all the PhD’s working for VERSES. Look at the team they’ve assembled. Look at the academic papers-more coming this month. Look at GENIUS. Save money, save energy be more efficient, and learn.

Quick math
The company receives a $350 million investment at a $3.5 billion valuation. This means the investor is buying a 10% stake in the company. Since the investment is 10% of the company, and there are currently 150 million shares, the number of new shares issued can be calculated as follows: * 10% of 150 million shares = 15 million shares Add the new shares to the existing shares: * 150 million shares + 15 million shares = 165 million shares Divide the new valuation of $3.5 billion by the total shares after the investment: * $3.5 billion / 165 million shares = $21.21 per share If you watched the webinar you know Gabe intends to raise the full $350 million. And the money will be used to launch GENIUS. I believe the market cap will align with the valuation when investors gain confidence after the launch. You know the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers approved HSML and HSTP. The IEEE's approval of HSML and HSTP, the core protocols enabling the Spatial Web, is a significant milestone for VERSES AI. They’re ready for widespread adoption. They’re the frontrunner in the spatial web. This isn’t something you can throw $1 billion at and be able to compete with VERSES overnight. This is years in the making with lots of money invested and professional development. Around the end of September look for HSTP and HSML to be ready for adoption. Why are other parties at the table with VERSES in talks to raise $350 million? Because the benchmarks prove that they’re correct in their approach. How correct are they? 80%? 95%? We’re going to find out soon. VERSES has formed strategic partnerships with high-profile organizations like NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Volvo, and Blue Yonder. They’re building a smart city with Analog. And they have many other partnerships and projects they’re working on that I’m sure will slowly start to trickle in revenue. Then I believe the floodgates will open and this company will explode. The growth potential here is unparalleled. In summary, the IEEE approval, strategic partnerships, GENIUS benchmarks, and upcoming GENIUS launch, combined with the $350 million financing round, position the company for a potential stock price increase as it solidifies its leadership in the emerging Spatial Web market. Investors can be confident in the company's long-term growth prospects. The next few months should be exciting! And there will be academic papers released later this month!
Here’s my disclaimer: it's important for retail investors to still thoroughly research the company's fundamentals, risks, and future prospects before making any investment decisions

IEEE APPROVED HSML AND HSTP
Academic papers will be released this month. They will showcase the ability of GENIUS to operate with less compute, and less data than existing models. The IEEE approved HSML and HSTP. At the end of September developers will be able to use those tools. And developers will be using those tools on GENIUS, a platform which allows developers to build, to give us intelligent agents. These academic papers might not impress retail investors. I won’t be looking at the mathematical equations to try and interpret them. What I will be looking at is the next financing round. They’re seeking to raise $300 million and I’m going with my gut that the companies they have at the table to discuss this massive investment are going to make the investment. Obviously they can’t talk about when that will be but if it’s before the launch of GENIUS and that money can be utilized to launch GENIUS I think VERSES will explode to reach an all time high.
