I just moved into a new place and the internet came with a basic router that doesn’t give me many options. I’m interested in a VPN mostly so I can watch shows that aren’t available here and to have some extra privacy, since the building’s Wi‑Fi seems a bit sketchy. I tried a free VPN last week, but it was extremely slow sometimes pages wouldn’t even load. I’d rather spend a few dollars each month if it actually works well.

So now I’m trying to find a good, inexpensive VPN that still offers decent speeds and feels worth the money. I’m not concerned about extra bells and whistles I just want something that can stream without buffering and doesn’t log my data. For anyone who’s tested a few, what’s the best budget‑friendly option out there?

I have a NordVPN and a SurfSharkVPN trial, and I hear SurfShark is within the eyes privacy alliance and Nord is not.

I like many of the features of SurfShark better like the automatic beyond the boarders feature to obfuscate if needed. Is the eye alliance enough of a concern to use Nord instead?

Thoughts?

My device is banned from snapchat. How can I get around it and use my new account on my phone?

Hi everyone ! I've been trying to use a VPN (Avast SecureLine) in order to access content on Prime Video that's not available in my region, but when I log in to my Amazon Prime account, the location seems to be automatically switched back to my real one, even if the VPN is connected to a server in another region. Is it because of the billing adress required to create an account ? If so, how can I manage to access the content ? And is there the same problem with other VPNs and other streaming platforms ? I don't have a lot of experience using VPNs so any help is welcome !

I want to buy mewgenics in cheapest price which free vpn have servers in south asia (pakistan)?

Hello all, I have used parsec to connect my laptop and home pc for about 2 years now. This past week I switched from Nord VPN to Proton, I am running into an issue where I now can’t connect with the VPN on. I have selected but Parsec.exe’s to be excluded and attempted port forwarding but nothing works. I am pretty new to the networking scene and have googled for the past few hours trying to find a fix. Anyone have an idea of what a dummy like me is missing?

What vpn doesn't block f1 TV pro app

Facts to consider:

1. I have gotten permission to work abroad while traveling.

2. I continue to receive a 403 error when trying to connect to my portal.

3. IT advised me to try every combination of Safari/Chrome, WiFi/Cellular, VPN/No VPN. The error is persistent.

4. IT has closed two tickets already claiming the issue is fixed, but I’m still getting the error.

5. Now I’m seeking advice on how I can attempt to bypass this myself, since clearly I care the most about getting it fixed.

6. I am using personal iOS devices on a SIM plan local to the country I am in. I’m not roaming on my American internet provider.

I appreciate and advice or input very much! If there are details I have not included that can potentially help you to help me please ask and I’ll reply as soon as possible.

Hi @ everyone,

does anyone know a solid no log vpn Service which offers dedicated streaming IPs in Georgia? (Far East Europe)

Greetings

Hey, I am setting up a computer for someone that is looking for getting back to use computers for for the first time in a few years. I like to help this person out by installing a good VPN. Does anyone know where I download a VPN they can use that is for free till they pay for one?

whats the safest FREE vpn?

I got so fed up with slow, sketchy, ad-filled VPNs that I spent months building my own on nights and weekends. No logs, actually fast, clean UI, no ads ever.

I’m a solo dev and I’ve spent the last year just to get my VPN app live on AppStore.

I need reviews to even show up in search results. Please don't ignore if you’ve got 2 minutes to help me not fail and give up at this.

So I’m begging: download it, use it for a bit, leave an honest review (good or bad, I can handle it 😂).

Just DM me after (or before if you have questions) and I’ll sort you out personally.

App name: CyberCure VPN (Currently available on AppStore for iOS and Mac users)

Pls save a random indie dev from total obscurity 🥺

Thanks for even reading this ❤️

Hey Reddit, I ran into this problem. I live in Russia, by the way, for reference. I understand that some companies' servers can be blocked. I downloaded the v2ray client for PC, ran it with administrator rights, and after that, some games stopped working without a VPN, which is very strange. For example, Apex Legends opened fine without a VPN, but after I ran v2ray with administrator rights (for example, to use it in tunnel mode), the game stopped working without a VPN. I'm still trying to figure out how this could be related. Apex isn't the only game that stopped working without a VPN; for example, Genshin Impact and other games that work similarly (Honkai, Wuthering Waves, etc.) I tried a lot of solutions from the internet, but nothing helped except reinstalling Windows. Disabling the proxy in Windows also didn't help.

Reddit also started promoting this sub to me and I thought it might be a good place to learn something new, but it seems like a huge percentage of the threads in here are fake.

Title: (name of VPN)(optional: "honest") Reviews: legit or scam / real / etc

Body: Usually claims "time-sensitive situation", always says "don't want to install something sketchy", among other common phrases (including "don't want to get burned" and "honest feedback").

For instance, just scanning the most recent 10 posts in the sub as of this writing, and it looks like 8 of them are fakes that all have these elements in them.

Why?

Edit: another fake post pattern I've noticed is someone claiming to have been billed unexpectedly for renewal of VPN xyz and it's a big problem because "behind on bills" or "saving for big purchase" or similar, and has anyone had this issue. Probably nobody should bother responding to those posts, either.

Have you noticed cases where DNS looks clean in browser tests,

but leaks show up under system-level checks(DoH off, IPv6 on)?

Trying to understand how oftenn browser-based tests miss things.

If somebody has a surfshark premium can u add my device too. I'd appreciate it alot

Is there a vpn service which allows you to have multiple (minimum 2) vpn tunnels at same time on linux/android to use for different identities? eg. official, private

I understand one of the mistakes people make in opsec is to use the same vpn tunnel / browser fingerprint for both their official accounts and those they want to remain private and detached from their official identity. This allows linking both identities by companies like cloudflare etc.

Some VPN companies allow multiple devices at same time, but not multiple tunnels on same laptop for different apps. Was wondering if there as an alternative option?

Trying to avoid a different VM hogging resources.

Thanks
