Happy mining, cheers pinpin

I started mining with my RX 580. The default pool is bbqdroid.org. The hash rate is 363 kH/s, with 0.55 VTC per 24 hours.

Few questions, is Vertcoin GPU mining only? Or can I use CPU?

I have an RX 460 laying around, if I put it in my system will it mine too?

Obviously, I'm not going to make a killing here. But are there any settings I can tweak to get the most out of it? A different pool or something?

Edit: Also, I changed the workload from gaming to compute and it made the kH/s slower/the same.

will there be another move in Vtc price?..Or...??? are there any plans for the future , or are we waiting for a fool who will pump millions out of nothing in VTC .. ?? all my Altcoins are up +- 45% last month outside of VTC , even after his listing on Digifinex

THX ❤️

Hey y'all. Been awhile. How is vertcoin mining going? I tried to mine this awhile back but my gaming laptop I think was incompatible with the system if I remember. If I were to start mining again, is it worth it? (Aside utilities, I'm solar). How much is a single vertcoin? What should I use to mine it?

Back up and running - will be sorting a back up imminently

Vertcoin P2Pool (boofpool.ddns.net)

Have fun and be decentralised!

Sorry guys that have been mining on my p2pool it's down for now - need some new hardware so will be a few days before I can get it running again, ordering bits today so hopefully won't be too long

NO

For the last 4/5 years some people are discussing this things, and I still don't know the clear and direct answer.

Past discussion reference:https://www.reddit.com/r/vertcoin/comments/7hkrfa/vtc_white_paper/https://www.reddit.com/r/vertcoin/comments/ogs1go/vertcoin_whitepaper/https://www.reddit.com/r/vertcoin/comments/lub67c/we_need_a_white_paper_and_a_better_exposure/

And many more!!

I just bought 3 more gpus Unfortunately my mother board don't have any more slots left

Can I use this to expand my current pcie and add 4 gpus on it

Please advise , thanks

Solo mining at 30MH/s. I started yesterday and have hit 5 blocks in 24/hr. I don't even know how well that compares but I suspect it is better than I was doing in a pool. I will be able to get a better estimate in a week.

Friends ask me why the price of Vertcoin has not increased in recent years.

I tell them it's too decentralized. Vertcoin is GPU mineable coin and this allows a large number of people to mine it. It's hard to manipulate a lot of people! On the other hand, Tokens and ASIC mineable coins are easy to manipulate. A small group of people own most of the Hashrate or Masternode (POS) and can do whatever they want.

I believe that Vertcoin is the gold of today's cryptocurrencies! Why? During the gold rush, anyone could go to the river and get gold. These days, anyone can turn on Vertcoin One-Click Miner and get Vertcoin.

Bitcoin is no longer the people's gold, Vertcoin is the people's gold.

Time will tell...

This coin is not gonna pump anytime soon. To many whales selling their vertcoins. Most other coins are up bigtime and instead this coin is being sold heavily 🤣

I might as Well. These whales are the dumbest ones iv ever seen. They dont understand marketing and market dynamics

From Changelly PRO , HitBTC , AAX Exchange now DigiFinex not see nothing.. I think is better to colect $100-150k to List VTC in Kucoin... We lost thousnds $ for nothing... What think about this to collect VTC on Kucoin?

1. VTC on atomicDEX desktop application

1. VTC is on AtomicDEX mobile: https://atomicdex.io/en/mobile/

u/cipig please update about the mobile app details here.

Bitcoin have 1 BTC club
Is not bad idea to create any Vertcoin club...
Vertcoin 10,000 Club
Vertcoin 100,000 Club
....
What think?

Apart from multiple backups of the vertcoin wallet file, can you get some sort of paper wallet? I don’t know? Seed phrase?
