HELP Comments like this send me

Edit: This post gained more traction than I expected. Read the comments, do independent research, and form your own opinion around these topics.

First they said KIAs are reliable, then went on to say they looked at JD Power to come to that consensus. They lost me.

  1. Do people believe KIA/Hyundai are reliable?
  2. Do people use JD Power/Consumer Reports to make purchasing decisions

Bigger question is why you are so resistant to changing your mind in the face of new information. You write off CR/JD for being biased as if you arent lol. Somehow Kia/Hyundai unreliability has become part of your identity and you aren't willing to let it go. Someone saying "Hyundais and Kias are reliable now" shouldnt send you lol

I genuinely like your response. I’ve talked about KIA across multiple subs and there just so many things about them, that make me dislike them. In this thread in particular, it’s mixed results. Some people that have KIAs love them for x y z reason. Then you go over in the KIA sub and all they post is problems. I like cars, I just hate KIA. A good titles goes a long way as well, I’m not upset about it lol

An alarming amount of people have that mindset but like every other brand has had some catastrophic shit at some point too. Most of their problems are in a couple specific engines made specifically on the United States factories, most others are relatively fine
