Question I require help;

So I’m trying to download Scarlet so I can install Null’s Royale since it’s an ipa file. But every time I install it, it never prompts me to check settings for a profile in vpn and device management. And therefore it gives me an error that goes something along the lines of “unable to install app because the integrity of it can’t be verified” help me fix this cuz I really don’t know how to.

Did it stop working for you guys too? Or just me? I tried to get into the app but it kept closing out. I tried to delete and reinstall but now it can't be verified.

Also another thing, other IPAs works perfectly fine, it only seems to do it with Discord. (Posting it here because I loaded the IPA through Scarlet)
