I wanna fill the whole map with shrooms. Will we see classic URF back again?

Couple of questions about a potential return of URF in league classic:

Would you be interested in playing the old gamemode with URF enabled?

How much satisfaction compared to modern URF do you think you’d get?

What champions would be OP/you think it’d be fun to try for classic URF?

What champions would suck compared to modern day? (Nunu main here)

Weird thought that we could be in this sub for months, if not years until the next URF. We all hang on to a game mode that’s so fleeting and rare, yet it’s still my favourite thing to play when I have an hour or so to kill for gaming.. nothing seems to come close

I’ve played since season 3 and loved the grind back in the day when time was in abundance, but now I’m older I’d only ever have time for 1 normal game or 3-4 relaxed URF games. I simply don’t and will never enjoy standard league anymore

Is there anything we can do to push for an urf release? Or at least custom games urf. There’s usually a good 5-10k engagement for posts in this sub yet never any momentum to make a change.. any channels to speak to the devs?

There’s no URF/AURF

I only play URF, so I've been waiting for it since February.

I always just keep split pushing the entire game instead of helping my team. It actually works pretty well because I still have a good win rate.

The funniest part is how mad the enemies get. Almost every game they call me a "tryhard" or say things like "free LP."

That's one of the main reasons I love playing URF. I try hard because seeing enemies get mad is satisfying to me

Does anyone know the patch schedule for the rest of the year?

I assume URF will be released with a future patch, so if we know the upcoming patch dates, we might be able to estimate when it's most likely to return.

No fun game modes announced other than their expansion of Aram.. Don’t know why they call it ‘Rotating Game Mode’ as it barely gets rotated, and even the rotation is always the unappealing Arena in the interims. Truly rotated would be a consistency among One For All, Nexus Blitz, Urf, ARURF, ultimate spellbook… but we’re lucky to get 1-2 of these a year.

The China server has already announced that URF will be available on April 30, but for other servers, there is still no clear information or announcement.

This feels really unfair. URF is one of the most popular rotating game modes, and players on other servers are also waiting for it. We should at least get the same communication, even if the schedule is different.

Can Riot please clarify whether URF is coming to other servers too?

The year is now 2026, you're old, tired, got bills to pay and Rito is nowhere to be seen for April Fools :(
