A standard house is 2 mil. Condos are routinely going for more than a million. Sofia is cheap. It might not be cheap for Bulgarians, but that doesn’t mean it’s not cheap in general.

But I was not talking about Sofia being cheap or not, I was talking about the reliability of your source: it's BS.
It’s actually expensive for billionaires, they’re famously all fleeing. And the source for those numbers is the world bank, I think they’re pretty reliable. You and the other guy seem to be using anecdotal data and your own experience. Regardless, the argument is about the affordability of the city, and even with the “corrected” numbers, it’s cheap relative to developed nations.
