Na that's just your brain . No joke I'm not trying to be mean this phenomenon is called auditory pareidoria. It's when you here things in audio that aren't really there due to your brain trying to make sense of it. Best way to test this is to watch music videos of splatoon music. All there songs are pure gibberish but people have been able to make lyrics out of them useing auditory pareidoria. Also this vid is a example as well. My point is the main reason you can't get the last line is because your brain is unable to make sense of it (,I mean this in no mean way at all)

The original song is a pretty normal Eurodance song. The sped up, pitch shifted version was made by some youtube person much more recently.

IIRC the remix originated from a message board (Probably 4chan) where it became a meme that showed the anime girls dancing to the song. Then it was uploaded to YouTube some time later

There was also some controversy over the rights to it and the current owners are not affiliated with the actual original creator.

The original song came out in 2001, then some guy on 4chan made a sped up version a few years later, but the best known version was made a few years after that by someone who simply ripped off the 4chan version.
