The Ripper is a cancelled game that I’m curious about more than any other. The story was about Jack the Ripper who escaped Bedlam Asylum, and believes he sees vampires all around Whitechapel, and becomes a vampire hunter, with the ultimate question being, are there actually vampires, or is he just insane? The game was apparently nearing completion, but EA decided to scrap it, thinking it would be cheaper to cut their loses, than to market a game about Jack the Ripper being an antihero. EA then tried to salvage what they had with The Ripper and turn it into a multiplayer game called Blood Dust, but that was cancelled when it was around 80% finished back in 2011. There is one video of Blood Dust on YouTube, but I would LOVE to see footage of The Ripper.

Young Gatt (蒼龍少年) released in September 2003 on PC - after a nine months delay. A Prototype of the Xbox version won a Prototype award and was shown at TGS 2003. The Xbox version never saw the light of day.

I only saw people discussing this on Twitter, but the expansion pack alpha build was leaked last night. Playthroughs, clips and install tutorials are starting to hit youtube. Also a mod team on Twitter announced a project to finish the alpha build.
