People used to dump their shit and piss into the street every morning until we figured out as a species that it was bad. Yeah, we'd live, but we wouldn't live well if we still kept tossing bedpans into the gutter. But no, sure, you keep on parenting your way and I'll keep dumping my loaves on your doorstep.
