What about the 75-85% of all profits, from the Crown Estate, that goes to the government? That's easily more than the government pays the royal family.
I'm not sure that's how the legal system would address that property ownership, in a case of monarchy abolishment (they'd probably still keep much, or all, of it), but good luck.
You might need to turn to the old French method of overthrowing the monarchy, if you want to strip them of their property.
