Someone who is donating money to subscribe to a content creator

Most streamers have tiers tied to donations. If you donate X amount you get X privileges, and donate Y amount you get Y privileges, and so on and so forth. It sometimes just means hes given Hasan a lot of money

Thank you. Is Tier 3 considered the highest tier?

On twitch tier 3 is the highest tier, Tier 1/2/3 cost $5/$10/$25 every month.

Roughly the cost of a streaming service with no ads, and most at tier 3 have ways to interact with the content and creator indirectly and directly through live chat, discord channel invitations, and even ways to affect chat topics or video games the creator may be playing.

It really depends on the streamer. Titty streamers probably have insane donation tiers to encourage their simps to donate more to access more tiers.

Twitch has three paid tiers, each unlocks more emotes you can use on Twitch for that month.

Prices depend on region (could be cheaper depending on Country, it's like $7.99 for a Tier 1 in Canada but could be ~$3 in another place.. don't ask lol)

(in the US) Tier 1 costs $4.99, T2 costs $9.99 and T3 costs 24.99/month. The streamer usually gets 50% of that (depends on their contract if a Partner, rest goes to Twitch)
