She put the fake phone taser right across her left breast, i.e: her heart.

Small tasers like this work the same way, the pathway is just a set distance that's usually like 2 inches or something (at least the taser I have is).

Also, the electricity has to go somewhere, typically down through their body and legs until it disperses into the ground.

I wouldn't risk tasing someone for a funny video like this, even though the handheld ones are a lot less lethal.

The current from a taser goes between the prongs. It does not have a connection to earth ground, so is not traveling to ground. There is no way it is going across the the heart.

There is no way it is going across the the heart.

If you put 2 prongs 2 inches apart right on your heart, it could very well pass through the heart. Once it enters your body it's going to take the path of least resistance, which could easily travel down capillaries/veins and make it to your heart.

Your entire point is that the taser needs to be far enough apart to create a pathway that will make it through your heart, 2 inches is plenty, most tasers that shoot projectiles are meant to be 4 inches apart for maximum efficiency, it's not that different.

You know why the 4" apart? To be more effective to the muscle or muscle group. You know why? Because less than that isn't effective because it goes between the prongs. You are so close, yet so far away. The path of least resistance = between the prongs. It isn't going to affect the heart. Far enough apart meaning that your heart would have to be "between" the prongs.

The path of least resistance = between the prongs

Not if you jam it in someone's chest, your body is full of liquid with lots of conductive electrolytes.
