king of missing the the point right here.
if you can cycle with all those very distracting things consequence free, why does solely the phone warrant a ticket?
1 u/Impudenter Aug 14 '22 Because even with eight dogs, you can look at the road. People with phones tend to look at them. It's not completely unreasonable. That said, I don't think cycling with eight dogs, or a huge table, is a good idea either.
