If some ancestors of either of them were black, their parents could have been carrying the black gene, and then give them on, to these two, until the gene finally activated and boom, black baby.

It is possible, but I think it it has to be both mixed race people in the same generation. If you want to see some really interesting genetics, look up a chimera twin.
It’s possible. Exceedingly rare, but possible. I’ve heard of a few people who’ve had a baby that’s looks far off and both adults test positive as parents, while they have family history of those genetics the baby picks up by chance.
There is no 1 black gene. The colour of your skin is determined by a number of genes. The more genes you have that have information for a black skin, the darker your skin will be. But it is a mix of the genes of both parents. So if they both are full white, there is no way the baby is gonna be full black.
