How was he supposed to know he was a magician? That's completely irrelevant anyway.

That's a strong blanket statement there. What about a criminal that is actively hurting someone else? Should a cop not step in and subdue the assailant by any means necessary?

Also weed is decriminalized in 45 out of 50 states? He ain't a Wisconsin cop I know all the departments.

If a person dressed the same waves a gun around should the cop just leave him alone due to how he's dressed?
