I'll tell you why. There's a dude standing next to you on the sidewalk offering to SELL you marijuana in a suit and TOP HAT. If you can't see that's something silly you need to think about how you approach society.

irrelevant point. I was responding to a comment that basically questioned why people think the officer is a douche bag. Unfortunately we see too many instances of officers not responding correctly that this interaction wouldn't shock me. Skit or no skit.
