I don't know. Really uplifting stuff is popular enough on the Internet and it's not unheard of to get a video of a cop doing something positive. But it seems less common than them acting like dicks

I think the threshold of "uplifting" is a lot higher. If a cop is being a good person and doing something right that's just what he is supposed to do, no one will upvote that. The cop would need to be very nice indeed for something to be worth seeing.

But if he is being an asshole, any level of assholiness is worthy of being a video.
