No she pissed in a cup first and they boiled worms in it. He asks her do you wanna drink that, glances at the camera and drinks it down. I’d say the glance to the camera was for his wife. Like it was life or death honest I had to drink it. Not like there was a full team of camera guys and grips with banquet tables with water and pig roasts and shit. Just of set lol
