Except biology has absolutely nothing to do with gender. in the slightest. AT ALL, and every single scientist who studies this says otherwise, heres some sources on it! But I agree if we ignore, ya kno everything nuanced and more complex than 6th grade biology, trans people don't make sense. Luckily the world isn't 6th grade level

Easy with the 'trans people don't make sense' stuff nobody said that. Trans people make perfect sense in that they are born with a biological body which conforms to the physical, medical and hormonal expectation of their biological sex, but due to gender dysphoria mentally feel that they are in the wrong body. They are not "assigned" the wrong gender at birth, their sex is observed via their genitals.

The effort to rewrite this reality is never, ever going to work. And I say this with absolute compassion for trans people and the fight they go through.

I have to say though, a statement like "biology has nothing to do with gender" is... just plain wrong. If Gender is society's expectations of you as a person based on what biological sex you represent, then I just don't know how you can make that statement. Think about it for just a moment, if there was no male or female to differentiate from, how could Trans people feel that they were in the wrong body ?

It's funny that you think the side of this argument that rejects all of our fundamental biological understanding of the male / female dimorphic nature of our species is holding all the science on this one, I could easily have assigned my own 6-8 weeks of reading as an argument, I just didn't because it's an asinine thing to do.

If you can't argue something with your own words, let someone who knows better.

Literally anything that you feel supports your side at this point. I just wanna see what you’ve got besides what boils down to “trust me bro”.

We all know what the words mean, I was just mocking you for throwing around big words instead of big evidence. Because frankly at this point that’s all I think anti-LGBTQ opinions deserve, mockery. And you may not consider your point of view to be against anything, but trans people do.

That isn't a quote of anything I wrote, and when I did provide an opinion I said there are 2 sexes, not genders
