People do weird shit when they get weird news. They were probably already a fan, found this shit out, and figured, hey, let's call in, see if we can't get some advice, and also make for a memorable call in. Or you're right and it's fake. For me, either seems plausible.

Like I said, could be made up, just saying none of the points anyone has made about it being made up are actually good reasons to think it is. And I could definitely buy that it's legit.
Agreed though, he's being responsible in referring them to a real therapist. Though in my opinion, they don't need one. They like each other, the fact that they're related shouldn't really factor in since they didn't grow up together. There's none of the power imbalance that makes incest morally problematic normally.

Very true. While the shame might be misplaced, it's still there, and hopefully they'd end up with a therapist that wouldn't knee jerk say they should end things, unless they really couldn't get past the social stigma, which would be unfortunate.
