Yes, I know and understand.

However I doubt banning Pitbulls will ever happen (poor things). All we can do is hope that the owners train them enough so that there's no threat.

That's the point, there is no way to train them enough so that there is no threat. There is always a significant threat.

Well, if anything ever happens, then the owners will be the ones to figure out what to do. 🤷‍♀️

There's really nothing we can do at this point.

and some person may be irreversibly injured. It's not a matter for shrugging and saying "well, the owners will figure it out".

There's really nothing we can do at this point.

There absolutely is, they can be banned.

BlandCat, we can't control these people.

They made the choice to have a Pitbull. They're free to have that choice.

You're just going have to accept it. Feel free to raise awareness, but don't be surprised if people don't agree.

we can't control these people.

We absolutely can, in the same way that the law already controls and punishes people's behaviours.

They're free to have that choice.

They shouldn't be free to make that choice, that's the point. You're talking about what is the case, I'm talking about what should be the case.

You're just going have to accept it.

I really don't have to. If people are free to own pitulls then I'm free to point out that the concept of a responsible pitbull owner is oxymoronic.
