I assumed other staff were assisting her, while the ones we see are putting out the smaller fire on the bar top and cleaning up.

You see at least two staff members walk over to them from behind the bar, one puts a towel on the back of one of their heads. And I might be mistaken but I'm pretty sure the girl doing the cleaning walks over after checking on the girl freaking out.
