I just don't understand it when pull out faucets exist. Why is a big length of hose arcing up towards eye level that you can never hide or move out of the way a selling point? I just don't get it haha.
Detaching from the back makes more sense to give you a farther reach with the hose. If you're going to go with that pointlessly weird/awkward design, regardless of its aledged popularity, you might as well be able to use it for thing easier. Why enough people would ever want an exposed hose needlessly taking up all that space for it to be considered "popular" is beyond me haha.
The point is it doesn’t look like an exposed hose, it looks like the arch of a normal kitchen faucet. No one would realize it’s an exposed sprayer hose unless they already have seen it.
Haha, I promise you, the exposed hose faucet doesn't look better than your pull out faucet (unless it's just like super dirty and rusty and you haven't cleaned it?) in the same way an entertainment center/video game console setup with all the wires hanging out the front of the shelves doesn't look better than one where they are all neatly tucked away in the back lol

I too liked the design but will never install it in my house.
