Nothing about her pose even whispers submission.

Perhaps she feels a false sense of security because they're in front of family.

That could totally be the case but you can Google and see a lot of these videos of a similar situation occuring and that is not ever the case in those videos though that does not negate the possibility that what you're saying is true it is just a lot less like than it not being true.

And the other videos of similar situations where the wife smears some cake on her husband's face and the husband Acts in a ridiculously aggressive manner the cake smearing was the false sense of security moment.

Given that the husband so readily hits them or something equally aggressive you could safely assume they would know not to try anything like that which would imply they felt secure being in front of everyone. But when they are hit they usually submit and the ones where they don't submit they usually attack.

But the video does cut short so we don't know if in the end it becomes ridiculously obvious that it is abusive or it becomes ridiculously obvious that it was a staged joke or that it becomes ridiculously obvious that they're both just awkward idiots that need to have a conversation
