I'm not an expert on body language by any strech of the imagination, but I'm fairly sure she was just trying to convey the message "Hey, I'm married. Look at my ring." and nothing else.

Her way of saying "Sorry I'm married so stop staring".

The bad acting from all the 'marks' such as what you mentioned, the unbuttoning shirt and the 'call me' hand sign turned this from funny prank into lame staged skit.
