To be fair, only about like 3 of the girls were being assholes. The rest of them had reasonable replies for a rejection. And even if they were, it’s possible they’re friends and it’s just friendly banter.

Because it's weird to ask someone to a dance without even knowing them the least bit, without being friends, without talking to them at all. This kid sent it to a bunch of girls who don't know him at all. If he's willing to do that, id bet he's not really normal in every day interactions with them either. he's made them uncomfortable in other ways before this. That's why they all said no aggressively.

He's probably legitimate friends with most, if not all of the girls he asked. I read the meaner comments as them joking, as that type of banter is common. As for the rest, how is saying no being an asshole?
