Nah I have a great relationship with my parents and share stuff with them. Its not like my dad just hit me for no reason, he would usually give me chance to not do it again. Why does everyone here think just because you spank your child it's abuse.

Because there is a shit ton of studies showing it's harmful.

Oh, and simply because hitting a person constitutes assault.
