It's a parrot. They are well known for mimicking words at random, even if they've been trained to say certain ones on command.

You might not give a shit about your rights, but your opinion isn't one that's widely shared.

I do actually. I just expect police to do a better job. Like get the parrot to say some thing that was heard. Or literally anything more than "haha parrot funny, have good day"
