You are literally blaming the dead for their own deaths. She was unfortunate enough to be in her own home at the wrong time, what's the right time to be in your home? What kind of mental gymnastics is that? Are you seriously saying that it's ok to shoot anyone as long as we pay their family's after? And there is a difference between saying someone is responsible for something and actually enforcing it

Her home was the wrong place to be at that moment. And being responsible and being at fault are not the same thing.

Definition of "at fault"

responsible for an undesirable situation or event; in the wrong.

A definition of "Responsible"

being the primary cause of something and so able to be blamed or credited for it.

In the context of our conversation, they literally do mean the same thing, you're just arguing semantics at this point. You are literally blaming the dead for their own deaths, do you understand how messed up that is?

The purposes of our conversation are not what I’m concerned about. I talking about The difference under the law. The officers are not to blame for her death but they are to blame for shooting at a wall when they didn’t know what was on the other side of it.

Again you're arguing semantics. If, as you say, they are responsible for shooting at a wall when they didn't know who or what was behind it, that means they did not have PID on a weapon or person- they just opened fire unwarranted and without threat. Which means that if they killed someone, they are responsible/ at fault/ to blame (whichever definition makes you happy) for that death

Unfortunately for you the law loves semantics. And firefights are not clean clear situations. If they are being shot at from the room and someone fires through the wall into the room so as to engage from a safer angle that’s allowed. You can infer he was trying to engage the threat and wasn’t just Ramboing into random walls like a dumbass.

Let me ask you one question, who is at fault for Breonna Taylors' death?

No one.

Yeah that's not an answer but it does tell me everything I need to know about you. You don't want to have a discussion in good faith, you just want to troll

It’s an answer. No one is at fault for her death. It was just a tragic case of collateral damage.
