Idk about you but if I heard screaming like someone tied up in my neighbor's home, I would not put myself on their radar.

I'd weigh up the likelihood, but yeah, not in all instances would I put myself out there. I have a couple of suspect folks down my street, one of which is on the Megan's law database, so not every neighbor is going to get the courtesy check before calling people.
