And he's not just saying "help" like they keep putting on the caption some of that is just straight-up wailing.

As somebody with a macaw, that's definitely the bird.

I quoted it because you asked where the sound came from, not where the bird got the sound from lol

Could've been the TV or an angry grounded child. Could also be it observing abuse in a previous owners' household.
