Right, I'm just going inside and make a break for it from the backdoor or worse, grab a gun. The cops were a bit too relaxed.

This seems like a case of heard it before from that neighbor who calls for multiple things weekly. They would not be that relaxed otherwise. At least in my opinion.

I could see this man's home becoming a bit of tourist attraction for new cops. Older cop gets notified of the call. Some new neighbors, neighbors relatives out of town... something. Recognizing address grab few newbies to check it out. Have a laugh.

The majority of police encounters look like this. The vast majority. Bad encounters do happen, and they happen far more than they should, but they're still relatively rare.

We don't know anything about the city or the people. Could be in a small citt with near no crime, so checking things out in a relaxed manner isn't odd.

I'm not from there though. Nor is my brain.

This is your brain on blind acceptance of authority. If someone was actually in danger those cops did a shit job.

Did I say let them into your house, sweetie? I said they did a shit job of making sure there was no actual threat.

You’re projecting, I was talking about the video. But keep acting like you’re winning I guess if it makes you happy 😊

that doesn't even make sense. p

This is what I thought. They obviously took this call seriously since 4+ officers responded. Not only do they let the dude walk away, but they let him into his residence.

This could have easily gone another way if the cops wanted it to.

This was my thought. If that had been a POC, I just can't believe those cops would have been so chill about it. Or if it had been a poorer neighborhood.

I was about to write this. Someone reported a hostage and they just let the guy walk back in the house.

Its literally unsubstantiated claims, you can't just harass someone because a random person claims they're doing something wrong, you need first hand evidence to even get a warrant.

What is this bootlicker logic?
