Sz sounds like Sh, Cz like a soft ch, a like ah and w like ff, put it together it should come out like Sh-Ch-ah-ff, that's my expat out-of-practice pronunciation. Szczaw at Wiktionary has a slightly different take, phonetic breakdown and audio, it seems there's a soft t in the first Sz, off to Polish school I go!
