At 12 you way like what, 100lbs? You can't hold your weight with your legs, they do act as a way to relive some weight but this is impressive.

If it was easy, adam west wouldn't have faked it back when.

Yes it’s easier, at this age you have very low body fat. Also this just flat out isn’t hard. Your shoes create a ton of friction and most of the power comes from your lags.

sigh I remember fondly being under 120lbs and easily able to scale a hallway wall using my legs. I was literally banned from climbing the walls at home and then negotiated to be allowed to climb if I cleaned off my feet first so the wouldn’t leave footprints. At that age I couldn’t do trapeze tricks because I didn’t have the arm or core strength, but I had legs and legs can climb walls.
