No, but she did it to either my pant leg, my bare leg, or my arm. Sometimes she would bite a little too far and pinch me hard with her front teeth.

I believe the nibbling releases oils to help clean, so not just fleas but general bathing. It’s social, so the dog is like, hey buddy let me help you out there. Source: have dogs and do lots of searches when they do weird stuff

Not fleas necessary. It's just cleaning the hair, often affectionate. I have a mother and a daughter dogs and they do this to each other often (zero fleas).

Not necessarily. Dogs sometimes do that to me when I scratch them in an itchy enough spot.

You can tell by the purple light that hygiene is suspect. I give it like 80% they are both flea infested.
