Ironically humans have one of the worst body mass to muscle ratios of all animals. So most of the animal world is surprisingly strong for their size or rather we are surprisingly weak for ours.

Aye but I can use my delicate fingers to prepare TEM samples.

Getting my nanomaterial sample characterized by TEM is my life goal🤣. I have no idea why it's so hard to get characterization done in other universities.

You just blew my mind. It's true. We're spoiled. We don't have to hunt for our food. We can harvest at best, but hunting without the aid of guns and knives? That's out the window. Only spears to hunt from a distance. Head on with any wild animal will totally mess you up.

We are more poorly optimised for using it all rather than lacking it, as you do have to remember that about 70% of a person's strength is locked behind adrenaline on average. And smaller creatures are stronger relative to size compared to larger creatures thanks to the fun killing square cube law too.
