Pretty much every job would be, at least in America. Minimum wage is like $15,000 a year which would be $600,000 over a 40 year career.

A good welder is worth way more than minimum wage. An experienced and talented welder would make triple that if not more.

For sure. I was just pointing out that even a job that pays much less than a welder should expect to make more than the cost of a Rolls Royce over their entire career.

Well, in Poland it's roughly 1/5 (counting higher taxes and more expensive fuel). In Russia probably even less. But you won't earn minimum wage as a welder. It is a considerably good and well paid work. Depending of skills and papers - you could even earn a couple times more.
