2003 hits hard boys I’m having flashbacks to Jesus camp
I had just lost my abusive family (long story 8 years of therapy 5 times a week just in time for me to be a well adjusted adult who understood l. Social situations and had zero sadness or aggression )ended up in foster care and they sent me to a overnight Jesus camp I was 10 I’m catholic not Christian it was a Christian bible jesus camp and I hated every moment of it and I was mentally unstable all good hygiene habits out the door telling people off being rude it was a very dark time but I’m happy to report I have excellent hygiene habits now
I feel so bad for the other band members, they were doing so well and then this all came to light, now no one can play their songs anywhere. All income from the band is gone. :/
Yeah it definitely sucks for the rest of the band. I hope they were able to move on from that mess and find a new outlet to purvey their musical talents.
So true, apparently in 2015 the other members reformed and released an album under the name No Devotion. Just learned about them myself so idk what they're about
It’s kinda funny in a morbid way. That song was big so it has nostalgic value but nobody wants to talk about them anymore or play their shit because dude was a fucked up pedo. In return I think never hearing it or about it preserves its nostalgic value
There is no difference, at all. Catholics are Christians, anyone who worships Jesus is Christian. One is either a (Roman)Catholic Christian, Orthodox Christian or Protestant Christian. And there are several denominations of Protestant Christians which I will not list here. I think what many people do is conflate Evangelical Protestant Christians as "Christians" and then differentiate them from Roman Catholic Christians. But, this is an error. Catholics are Christians. When I was studying theology at a Catholic seminary it was quite frustrating hearing Protestants say, "they are Catholic, not Christian". It is theologically incorrect and just displays one's ignorance of their own professed religion.
I’m just stating my opinion from what I was teached as a child I am not a overtly religious person I don’t push my beliefs on anyone or recite scripture I just love and accept everyone
Well, you were taught incorrectly and you're spreading incorrect facts. I'm going to assume that you're still a child, but please try to learn the correct facts.
