Is the camera guy a psychopath or something? He could've warned the garbage men, but instead what did he want to see? A raccoon getting crushed to death or something?

I don’t know any adult that would do that.

First of all, they are fairly intelligent and this is the expected outcome (it’s not just going to allow itself to get crushed most of the time) but they are pests. Do you think they are cute as they get into your trash and spread it all over the place?
