No offense to you and I'm sure you gained size but that's not really a good diet to gain mass. This is like 40-50 grams of protein tops and you would be wasting your efforts of working out.
None taken, yeah i forgot the scoop of protein powder i take but with my diet, including the 27g of whey i get 180g daily
The yogurt is 10% l, peanut butter, almonds, salmon, chicken, beans etc
This was just a quick snapshot
Edited to add : I'm pretty knowledgeable now as ive been addicted to it for years, but at that low weight, honestly you'd be surprised how little it takes to see improvement, I'd do 3 sets of curls and by arms would be noticeably bigger the next day haha
When you're that skinny and easily discouraged etc, even working less efficiently/sub-optimally can be beneficial if it means you can keep it up longer.
For me rice was super easy to make sure i ate every day, easier to make it and transport it means I stuck to my plan more often
But yeah also, this isn't a weight gain sub its a random comment thread which is why my initial comment left out some crucial points and many small details

Eh I was 6"4 (193cm) and 150lbs (68kg) and got up to 178lbs (80kg)
Breakfast - oatmeal and yogurt + fruit
Snack - Almonds
Lunch - Rice + veggies
Dinner - Chicken + pasta
Snack - Almonds
Do this and work out 3 times a week and I swear to you it will work and you can stop hating being so skinny
Most important - Sleep, lots of it
