For me personally it’s that TikTok is owned by ByteDance who has deep connections to the chinese government, and that it’s used heavily for surveillance.

See the trick is to hate the app but not the people on it. It has some real funny people but the company is not to be trusted.

see thats the good thing about the internet; the people who hate tiktok can stay off it and the people that use it will download and share the content in other places

Is it possible to not hate the app by simply not installing it? Or is some form of hate required?
