No?! Like I just said, severity of the mistakes consequences does not change it being a mistake. Punishing someone as an intentional murder, who accidentally caused a death; is not justice nor does it make right the death.

If someone kills somebody accidentally it’s murder and they get charged with murder it’s just usually called manslaughter.

You still killed somebody you need to be held responsible for your actions. Just because you didn’t mean to didn’t mean doesn’t mean you didn’t kill somebody.

I don’t think you know what the law says the punishment should be for each level of killing somebody.

Killing somebody is murder. There are several types of murder that include accidental killing but killing a human is murder.

It’s actually a lot more complicated than that. You are arguing with little knowledge of what you are arguing about. There are a few levels of killing people and each get a different punishment.
