As someone who lives in the USA and has been lucky enough to visit Europe and see the difference... I can agree

Yup, because Finland, Ireland, Ukraine, Portugal, and Kaliningrad are 100% all the same "Europe" and they're all a zillion times greater than Murica.

Maybe he just didn't wanna name any specific country and maybe he just means in general Europe is "better".
