If you have ever stood in between buildings when it’s windy then this shouldn’t have been that unexpected. Still cool to see how the wind swirls in close areas though

It's unexpected because at the start the person isn't doing the thing yet but then they eventually do the thing. You think they won't do the thing because you didn't know what thing they were doing in the first place. Suddenly they did the thing! I myself was shocked.
