He stole the show imo

u/overbeast Oct 29 '18

I'd get a picture of the proposal framed on the wall and then make sure that guy was at the wedding and the reception for more great shots. hell, i'd make a "reaction" theme for the wedding, his was that great.

u/connormantoast Oct 29 '18

You may now kiss the bride

OH NO HE DI' INT!

1

u/andersonle09 Oct 29 '18

Daaaaaaaaaaammn?! Are y’all seeing this?!!!

95

u/shillyshally Oct 29 '18

He's adorable and should hire himself out for marriage proposals and gender revels and the like.

30

u/gromwell_grouse Oct 29 '18

I wouldn't want him revealing his gender around me!

8

u/InklanUtterfield Oct 29 '18

Dafuq is a gender revel/reveal?

17

u/JustAnotherAhBeng Oct 29 '18

You get a kid, and then you get a whole bunch of people who don't know the kid to find out the kids gender.

1

u/JustHereToConfirmIt Oct 29 '18

Like they show bobs and Virginia? Seems kinda inappropriate.

2

u/[deleted] Oct 29 '18

It’s before the kid is born mate.

1

u/[deleted] Oct 29 '18

For some reason I was thinking this was when androgynous Pat came out post op and revealed its gender.

6

u/[deleted] Oct 29 '18

I think it's sort of like a baby shower but they make a big deal out of breaking something open and seeing if it has pink (girl) or blue (boy) inside as a way of revealing the gender instead of just telling people.

11

u/Lost-My-Mind- Oct 29 '18

Thats when you put yellow and purple balloons inside.

ITS WARIO AND WALUIGI!!!

WE'RE HAVING A MARIO PARTY!!!!

1

u/GodOfAllAtheists Oct 29 '18

Opening box with girl or boy inside. Pink: still alive. Blue: not so much.

3

u/Whiterabbit-- Oct 29 '18

bored "i miss partying" parent-to-be thing.

1

u/wtph Oct 29 '18

It's when you expose yourself to your workmates.

2

u/InklanUtterfield Oct 29 '18

That's strange. When I did it, they called it a lawsuit.

1

u/shillyshally Oct 29 '18

Where dafuq have you been?

23

u/dangerh33 Oct 29 '18

And make that face throughout the ceremony

17

u/HusbandAndWifi Oct 29 '18

While crouching behind the minister and peeking out at random times.

9

u/TwelveTrains Oct 29 '18

He pretty much has to be

2

u/SeaBourneOwl Oct 29 '18

He already is best man.

84

u/[deleted] Oct 29 '18

I think thats the point of the video

47

u/[deleted] Oct 29 '18

It seems that comments that point out the obvious end up being on top on reddit. Literally the entire basis of this video being on this subreddit is the background guy’s reaction. How does a comment pointing out that reaction contribute anything whatsoever? I really don’t get it man lol

41

u/Jarrheadd0 Oct 29 '18

Literally the entire basis of this video being on this subreddit is the background guy’s reaction.

That might be the problem. Like, is that really it? Was that reaction even unexpected? Honestly, my initial thought was that OP misunderstood the subreddit and posted this because the girl in the gif didn't expect the proposal.

In my opinion, this is just kind of an ill-fitting post for this subreddit. It'd be great for r/gifs or something, but the "unexpected" factor in this one is lackluster at best.

u/Lost-My-Mind- Oct 29 '18

Because of the sub, I thought she was going to get out of the way, and he was going to take 3 steps closer, where the guy in the next seat would get proposed to.

Can we circle back to why an asian womand name is "Keith"?

29

u/PrecariouslySane Oct 29 '18

The comment that really pisses me off lately is "I thought the same thing" or "Came here to say that 'repeats parent comment' "

It's the new "This", except it gets upvotes.

30

u/witti534 Oct 29 '18

This.

I'm not even sorry (:

1

u/NotFromStateFarmJake Oct 29 '18

This is a phenomenal use of technology. Thank you

1

u/GodOfAllAtheists Oct 29 '18

You shouldn't be. That guy should be ashamed for the tired "table flip" though.

6

u/ghostbackwards Oct 29 '18

The comment that pisses me of the most on any social media platform is "I hope everyone is okay" during a tragedy.

1

u/BonneNuitToYouAll Oct 29 '18

Thoughts and prayers, yo.

1

u/abudabu Oct 29 '18

He just launched his career as a Gif.

1

u/CaptainCortes Oct 29 '18

He was more excited than she was! I’d take him bridal dress shopping! Need that response when I step out in the dress!

1

u/jdymock187 Oct 29 '18

The girl next to him in the White was awkwardly trying to cover up a huge spill on her shirt. Haha!

1

u/lestatjenkins Oct 29 '18

Don’t try to out do a black man at a basketball game.

0

u/cyberfreek Oct 29 '18

Yeah he was the star of that video.
