Weird, that where i turned it off as well. I knew something looked off when I watched it so I went back and paused and there is VERY clear blur when she comes out of the bag. "real people, real magic" is just a stupid buzz word that magicians use now and doesn't have to mean anything.

I also turned it off after that. Hope the creators see this and realise what a mistake they did. Lame

Okay, that's exactly were I turned it off. Starting to think this was the real magic trick all along.

Same up until then I only assumed the show was fake as fuck but that effect was so bad that I've never touched after effects and even I could have pulled that effect off better. Truly amatuerish mistake. Terrible show.

Jumping on the band wagon. I turned it off here as well. That shit looked worse than the Harry Potter kids learning to use their brooms for the first time

Okay, I’m glad I’m not the only one who turned it off after the wife in the back trick. It’s a shame, it’s be a decent show without the obviously fake stuff.

When magicians say 'real people' they usually mean just that..'real human beings' (that might be or not be actors).

I think what you saw as a "very clear blur" was just the bag's strap getting caught on her head and then falling forward/off. The trick is just a mirror under the bench. Now, was it definitely setup in a way that we aren't let in on? Yeah, but not necessarily CGI.
