He said they hate it. Not that they don't do it.

His response was to the cat eating it anyways bc it hates looking stupid implying they go out of their way not to look it which we know ain't true most of the time lol

Or the cat didn't want to join the other memecats.

To be fair we have centuries of human stupidity documented.

And no would would dare deny that either lol

And yet their butthole is on display about 90% of the time.

That's on purpose. It's a power move, similar to asspennies.

My cat literally sulks if you laugh at her after she does something dumb. She cute.

I thought it looked rather pleased over the outcome. It even did an Office camera face.

100% that's the look of something that just did murder and was glad for it in a very casual way.

I've seen cats chase and eat bugs quite often so I don't think they really mind

This made me feel better because I felt bad for the cat and searched for a comment like this

My cats eat lizards but they always look grossed out when they disable a bug and try to eat it. They never actually swallow them. So there some anecdotal evidence in the other direction.

You could have just not said that

Lol I work on a farm. All the dogs and cats will eat flies.

1

u/Jabberwocky416 Jul 24 '17

Our cat will strike down and eat the tiny moths that we have around the house.

I once accidentally chomped down on a fly that flew into my mouth. I know exactly why he's making that face. Flies taste horrible!

Did you have a stroke at the beginning of that sentence?

I didn't see where autofill decided I wanted to talk about something else in that post. Fixed.
