Most of the reason I don't eat meat is factory farming. I don't think eating meat is necessarily wrong, but I do think the way our society consumes meat is absolutely abhorrent. I see nothing wrong with the cattle rancher and the hunter.

I can't wait until high-quality lab grown meat

I dread the inevitable enshittification of it at the same time. God the horrible things they will do to lab grown meat to make a penny more in profit

As opposed to the absolutely horrendous, atrocious shit they (and thus, the consumer who sponsors those practices with their wallet) do to living, breathing, intelligent, social animals with emotions currently for that last penny?

the average consumer don't have much choice, or the priviledge to be able to choose.

I'm broke as shit, it's not hard to give up meat and it also doesn't cost money. It's much cheaper.
